In his most recent role as Chief Revenue Officer for a market-leading AI-powered IDP company, Scott led all sales, marketing, channels, and revenue operations, propelling the company from a small startup to an industry leader in under three years. His previous positions include Global Head of Alliances at WorkFusion, Managing Director at IPsoft, EVP of Sales, CEO, and Executive Director.

Scott has a track record of building and leading global sales teams across various technologies, including networks, IaaS, cloud, GenAI, automation, and multiple SaaS offerings. Throughout his career, he has consistently overperformed on expectations, driving revenues from zero to over $100 million in both large enterprises and startups. As a servant leader, Scott remains dedicated to fostering team growth and success.

An avid outdoorsman, lifelong learner, and proud father of three daughters, Scott enjoys spending time with his family when not exploring the latest advancements in AI technology. He holds an education degree from Emporia State University and serves on the board of directors for several non-profits and technology startups, as well as the local School Board of Education.

With a career spanning over 25 years, Jennifer Valenti is a distinguished leader in Business Transformation, most well-known for her early adoption and applications of Intelligent Automation and Artificial Intelligence. As the former Head of EY's Process Excellence Practice, she exceeded revenue goals by over 100% annually, growing the practice by 300% in less than two years.
Previously at Capgemini, she led the Global Intelligent Automation Advisory Practice within the Business Process Outsourcing business, achieving 260% growth in her first year and doubling the average revenue per deal while committing and delivering over 50% in productivity back to clients through arbitrage, standardization, modernization, and AI and Automation implementations.
Jennifer has implemented transformation solutions across every sector and level of business both as a consultant and in industry, with leading companies such as Citigroup and Nielsen Media, resulting in significant operational efficiencies in the billions of dollars.
A published thought leader and keynote speaker, former start-up CEO and start-up mentor, and Mom of two amazing boys, Jennifer holds an MBA, and an MS in Organizational Leadership and is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, making her a trusted and highly sought-after advisor for her clients.
